Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to payments made to Blue Pen Education Consultant through PhonePe, UPI, bank transfer, card, or any other approved payment mode on or after May 13, 2026.
We aim to keep payment handling transparent. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of counseling, application, admission processing, and whether any third-party charges have already been committed on your behalf.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a payment was made by mistake, duplicated, or collected in excess, we will verify the transaction and process the eligible amount back to the original payment source.
If you request cancellation before our team has started the agreed counseling, documentation, application, or admission-support work, a refund may be approved after deducting any applicable administrative and payment processing charges.
Once work has started, documents have been processed, or third-party payments have been initiated, only the unused and recoverable portion, if any, may be considered for refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Amounts already paid onward to universities, colleges, examination bodies, visa partners, courier agencies, or any other third-party institution.
- Payment gateway charges, banking fees, forex conversion charges, and other transaction processing costs.
- Fees for services that have already been initiated, delivered, scheduled, or completed based on the student's request or approval.
- Any special booking, seat-blocking, documentation, or priority-processing amount marked as non-refundable in writing at the time of payment.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days after verification. The final credit timeline may vary depending on PhonePe, the banking partner, card issuer, or the original mode of payment.
How To Request a Refund
- 1Share your full name, registered phone number, and payment date.
- 2Include the transaction ID, amount paid, and payment method used.
- 3State the reason for the refund request and attach any supporting receipt or screenshot.
- 4Send the request through email or WhatsApp for verification by our support team.
Important Notes
Any refund exception must be confirmed in writing by Blue Pen Education Consultant. Verbal discussions or informal assurances will not override the policy published on this page unless separately documented by our team.
If a student withdraws after an application, admission, visa, hostel, travel, or documentation process has moved forward, the refund outcome will depend on the amounts that remain recoverable from the relevant third parties.
